Daijing is responsible for the public relations and B2B marketing efforts of Focus and its partners. She focuses on strengthening the Focus brand through communications strategies and press relations. She also develops multi-channel marketing programs for the business lines of Focus RIA and Focus Successions® to engage and attract prospective partner firms. Additionally, Daijing works closely with Focus partner firms to provide strategic counsel and execution support for their marketing and business development strategies.
Prior to joining Focus, Daijing served as a Brand Marketing Manager at New York Life Insurance Company, the largest mutual life insurance company in the U.S. She led the 360-degree rebranding initiative across TV, radio, print, digital and out-of-home channels in the target markets . Before that, she worked at Tigerspike, an Australia headquartered mobile development agency, to build the firm’s brand presence in North America.
Daijing received her B.A. from Princeton University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and salsa dancing.
