About Adam
In his role as Managing Director, Head of Legal – Strategic Transactions, Adam is responsible for the department’s support of M&A and other strategic transactions, international business, client partnerships and solutions, and other matters for Focus and its firms.
Adam has more than 20 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Focus in 2015, Adam was with Thomson Reuters in New York. Before that, Adam spent several years in the corporate department of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. He began his career in the M&A department of Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York.
Adam received his J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School and his A.B. in Government cum laude from Georgetown University. When not working, Adam enjoys spending time with his children, traveling, and rooting for the Georgetown Hoyas and his favorite New York sports teams.
