About Amrita
In her role as Managing Director, Head of Legal – Corporate, Amrita is responsible for the department’s support of corporate functions, including governance, finance and corporate treasury, human resources and equity plans, strategic sourcing and procurement, privacy and data security, intellectual property and communications and marketing. Amrita also supports litigation matters.
Amrita has over 15 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Focus in 2017, Amrita was an M&A associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in Los Angeles. Amrita began her career as an M&A associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP in New York and thereafter Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP in Los Angeles.
Amrita received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. with Honors in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
Outside of work, Amrita enjoys working out, traveling and trying new restaurants.
