She serves as Head of Brand Strategy for Focus Financial Partners and Director of Communications and Creative Services for Focus Partners Wealth and Focus Partners Advisor Solutions, where she leads communications and brand initiatives.
Throughout her career, Carrie has specialized in marketing that resonates with families and has served in leadership roles focused on interactive engagement and brand experiences for parents and their children. As Chief Administrative Officer at a nationally recognized children’s museum and Manager of Interactive Marketing at a global retail brand, she developed a deep understanding of how to build trust, create meaningful connections, and communicate complex value propositions in a way that speaks to multiple generations. She now applies that experience to the wealth management space, helping craft messaging and brand strategies that appeal to families seeking financial clarity, stability, and long-term planning.
Carrie graduated summa cum laude from Fontbonne University with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and later earned her master’s degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and children and can often be found on the sidelines of a soccer field or a golf course, cheering on her boys.
