Kimberly leads the development and execution of high-impact events that align with organizational objectives and enhance audience engagement. With a strategic and detail-oriented approach, she oversees the entire event planning process, from concept development to on-site execution, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences. By curating innovative event strategies, optimizing operations, and leveraging industry trends, Kimberly excels in transforming visions into reality through meticulous planning, collaboration, and execution.
Kimberly began in the billing department in 2015 but quickly realized her energy and charisma were best suited beyond spreadsheets. By 2017, she transitioned to the events team as an Event Coordinator, where she thrived in creating meaningful experiences. Her leadership and strategic vision led her to take over the events department in 2022, overseeing events for both then-Buckingham Strategic Wealth and Buckingham Strategic Partners, which ultimately became Focus Partners Wealth and Focus Partners Advisor Solutions. She spearheaded the development of a unified sponsorship program, strengthening partner engagement with advisors across key initiatives.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA from Lindenwood University. Outside of work, Kimberly spends time with her husband and three young children in St. Charles, Missouri.
